Router Problem

HI

So basicaly I have accidentaly made two networks on my Router.
That was couple of months ago and i dont remember how i did that but i would like to get ride of one of them.
I always used to have one network called 'TOM' and now i have got TOM and SKY66869.
Is there any way i could delete sky66869 network ?

My Router is Netgear wgr614 v9
 
You can only have 1 network on a single router. Is it possible that you have a router/modem combo unit and a separate router?
