You can buy another router which has the wireless capabilities. Other than that, NO.
Um...no. There's a thing called a wireless access point. It basically ONLY has the wireless features. You can go though a wired router and have it connected without a problem. Or, you could connect a wireless card to a desktop and just connect though it.

do you have url to those ? so i can see what i need to buy ?

No link but one from the top of my head is the D-Link DWL-G700AP cause i have it.

As The_Other_One said you need to buy a wireless Access Point such as the one above or from hundreds of other manufacturers.

Only other option is to buy a new router, you can get routers with WLAN and LAN build into them.

I actually have a Dlink DWL-900AP+, really nice little thing. I don't use it now that dad has a wireless router, but they are pretty neat.

Looking on newegg, actual routers do tend to run cheaper than the accesspoints, but it is possible should you simply want to add one to your network rather than getting a new router.

you could bet a wireless transmitter and connect it to one of the eathernet ports on the rounter. the other computers should connect to the network through that wireless transmitter and sill be recognised by the router.
