run older direct x

I have direct x 11, but i want to run direct x 9.0c. HOW??

are your drivers updated for you graphics card? and the way i did it was i downloaded or played a game that had the installation of directx9.0c on it and installed from the dvd or cd i had that had the installation of it and i was able to play after that

by the way it will still say your running directx11 but it should work with 9.0C as well
