Run time error no idea what to do

[Argh!!]

I'm getting this error and i don't know how to fix it or get rid of it...only been happening today. Happened about every 2 minutes!!!!!
It says...

Do you have MSN messenger running?

If you do close it?

yeah and make sure you close it from your start bar and you cant find it on task manager. dont just press the little x in the corner

Yeah, You could also remove it from start up and turn it off from opening when you log into your computer.

My msn messenger isn't open, i'm not even signed in....
I don't have msn sign in when i turn the pc on either.

Do you ever use MSN.
Because if you don't you could un-install it which would get rid of the problem.

I have uninstalled it but the problem continued...even tried upgrading my msn.
I need msn to keep in contact with people as i moved away from friend and many of my friend have gone to university.
I can use windows messenger but not msn :/
Is there any way to solve this problem?

Right, so you got rid of it and it still happened.

Yeah, It's good to keep in touch with people.
If you can, get rid of MSN and use something like Trillion :

It'll let you add hotmail address and loads others like AIM.

Try un-installing MSN again and finding and deleting everything to do with it and then install it again.
