rundll32.exe error Please help

Hello

I keep getting this error. I thought maybe it's my windows problem but I reinstalled my windows and still having this problem. This error is also causing my speakers to make static sounds. Here is a picture of the error I been having:

If you know how I can fix this would advise how that would be great. Thanks alot in advance for your time.
 
Try,

Start->Run..type "sfc /scannow"

If this does not work or seems to work but then the problem returns, the problem could be that Rundll32.exe is being corrupted by a virus, a trojan or spyware.

I have already tried that and the error still popping up. Is there anyway I can check if the program is corrupting this file? I always get this pop up when playing this game call MapleStory from www.mapleglobal.com. Whenever I start the game it gives me this popup error. Is there something I can use to scan the game and find out if that is the case corrupting my file. Let me know. Thank you
 
You didn't mention the error was being caused by a specific application. In this case, if you've in fact run sfc the problem probably isn't with rundll32.exe but in fact the problem lies elsewhere, such as the DLL file that is being called.

If the error is occurring only when the above said software is being run the error is most likely in the application software.

Make sure you have the version of your software that matches your OS.
Download and install the required DirectX version.
Reinstall the software.
Download any available software patches.

If that doesn't work my advice would be to search forums associated with your software for similar problems.
