RUNDLL32 stopped working in vista

cloned my old HD to a new 500gig sata. All Seemed to go well but now I get an error message "windows host (rundll 32) process has stopped working". advice will be appreciated. vista home premium upgrade.

Can you still start your computer up, if so recopy the rundll32.exe file on that computer.
