I run AVG, Ad-Aware se personal, and Ccleaner, frequently.

i feel like iam taking longer to load.

what programs should i run to clear it up?

type msconfig into run click on the startup tag and remove the ticks from anything you dont want to load on startup all i have ticked is my antivirus
