I have a friend who for no reason has problem's with most games. Just 2 days ago he tried to play Dead Island and it was running really slow , like photographic fps slow.
He doesn't have a top notch computer but its not a bad one either , games should still work decent on hes machine at least on lower settings but most games run with such low fps that its unplayable.
Does anyone have a clue why ?
