running programs on dual-display

if i have two monitors and i want to run a game, will it be stretched across both screens? or can i choose which screen to open it on?

no most games will only display on your primary monitor. I know there are a few games that can take advantage of multiple monitors but i can't think of any at the moment.

Yup.

And I heard that with the new Red Alert you can use one monitor to command your units, and the other monitor is the map.
