Running these games

I just got a sony fs115b vaio latop and was wondering whether it would be able to handle these games:
Counter strike source (multiplayer)
Half life 2

My specs are 1.6ghz pentium 4 M processor
512 RAM
80Gig HDD
1Meg Broadband

Ok sorry forgot to post what card I have its an intel 915gm is it any good along with my specs to run the games.
Also I tried running counter strike source multiplayer on all the low settings but it lagged bad and my ping was 200. Whats going on

That video card is not good for gaming. As all integrated gfx I know of are. (btw that is a integrated gfx card right? sure sounds like one..)
 
Yes it is interegated, is there any way I can update my graphics card then considering im on a laptop, I have a pcmia slot on the side not sure if there are any graphics cards that will support this.
My model is VGN-FS115B, I would REALLY LIKE to upgrade the card.Is it possible.
