Running Xp Pro on VMWare

Hi,

Is it possible to make a Windows Xp pro disk into an ISO so that it would run on VMWare (Virtual machine)?

I have tried to run my Xp pro setup disk on VMWare but it says it needs to either be an ISO or a bootable disk?
Any recomendations to how this can be done?

No problem ;) Hope it works for you... I use VMWare all the time... Very good software!
 
Just given it a try before i go to bed.

It stil says that it needs either to be an ISO or a bootable disk.
Well i have converted it into an Iso:mad:

And yes i have tell the VM Machine to point to the ISO file.

Have you done what im doing with an Xp disk before?

I just cannot get VMWare to boot it up:mad:
