Runtime error

I get this when trying to save something in a insurance rating software program. "runtime error 340 control array

element 3 doesn't exist". Can someone please let me know how I can correct this.

That's a Visual Basic error. There appears to be a bug in the program. Contact tech support.

Support didn't know what to do. Can I download visual basic and install it?

That won't help you unfortunately. I'm surprised that support couldn't help you with their own program. That's really wierd...
