Any thoughts on how well an RX 9070 XT might work on an X470 motherboard with PCI-e 3 and the CPU above? Will the interface hold it back a lot or, will PCI-e 3 still provide enough bandwidth for it to work reasonably well? At some point in the next year or two, I do intend to move up to AM5 but, can get a reasonable B550 motherboard with PCI-e 4. I don't want to wait that long for a new GPU, because of new developments in The Elder Scrolls series.
