S-Video at ATI Radeon

Hi all, can you help me, i have such a problem, when i connect my tv to computer (by s-video -> scart), the Tv gives me blank screen. The TV button is unclickable, what to do?

have you set the display resolution on your computer to 640 × 480? as that is all that s-video supports.

How do you figure on the 640x480? I'm getting 1024x768 on my TV using S-Video from my 8600GT.

I would start by checking that the connectors are plugged all the way in on the video card and in the back of the TV. You also might want to check whether the pins on either connector are broken/bent.

All connectors checked. The signal pin (from RCA) is connected to the color signal (C), and the ground to it's ground. Resolution is set. When I try to set the second screen as attached and click apply it does'n change, remains incactive, i thing the drivers are not good, i insalled the newest ones from radeon.ru. Does anybody have any drivers for radeon 9200 64mb, that are working with tv-out? Or how do you think why can be the reason of mentioned problem?
