S-video to VGA? Please help

To cut a long story short, I have an old graphics card with DVI, VGA and 4 pin S-Video. I've got monitors plugged into the DVI and VGA, but the final monitor has a VGA,
What is the cheapest way I can convert a 4 pin s-video to VGA?
It's not a HD monitor btw, so I don't need any of them gold plated cables.

IIRC, an S-Video output is far different from a VGA or DVI output; I think it's really only meant for low-res TV outputs. You might be able to do it, though, but you would probably need a special conversion box. That's assuming that your card supports three monitors, too.
