S0me Probs ! Need Help

greetings...

my computer still slow althought i've upgade my RAM to 1.5g..

by clear the unwanted auto run from the services.msc, still the speed are the same...

the ' The 5 step speed up ' that i got from internet also didnt give any impact anyhow..

if u guys got another tips or some co0l t0ol ab0ut my pr0b, please share with me..

btw, i'm using SP3 as my OS..

AMD chipset
ATI mobo tranposition 3000

*this all that i remember, need to check it back since im n0t taking a single note b0ut them. I'll give the full list later...
 
sometimes when extracting something that so small also taking t0o much time..

running the program or evacuate them also a little bit slow..

ccleaner 0nly clean the unuse pr0gram or c0okies isn't ?

i want t0 0ptimize the full potiential 0f my c0mp..

any tips ?
