I have this pump (it's essentially a Hydor L35 with an asetek reservoir attached) with my water cooling setup and sometime in the last week or so it's picked up a most unpleasant sound. I assume it is the impeller, but I can't figure out how to open the pump to inspect it, clean it or replace the impeeler if necessary and so far no one on the asetek support forums is answering and the asetek staff are all on vacation.

Does anyone have any idea how to open it? I know the reservoir has to come off but I don't want to force it as I'll probably end up breaking it.
 
Because I figure it's easier to check out the impeller to see what went wrong and fix it. Lot's of people have had a similar sounding problem with the Hydor L20s and Asetek's solution there is to send you a new impeller
