Safari cant open windows 7...?

So when I try opening my safari it gives me an error basically giving me the options:
1) check for a solution online
2) close the program

Ive tried reinstalling but nothing changes. It started when my computer did a disk check and deleted some bad sectors and what not. Any Ideas?

Maybe it doesn't remove all the files when you uninstall it. Try maybe uninstalling and looking for other leftover files before reinstalling (program files folder, could also have some setting files in my documents or something).

Did you download the latest version/installer?
