oh, I feel bad 4 u. You are using a Mac, and Safari (which seems to be known as a million $ waste of money)
I am pretty sure that you should just be able to install Firefox (mozilla.com) and that can be your default browser. Of course, if you are using OS9.2, there really isn't a way to fix that... Anyway, OS9 doesn't (I think) have Safari.
