safe mode viewing problem

when i put my computer in safe mode i can't see full programs. they are blown up so much i can only see about a quarter of the screen. therefore i am having trouble doing some things. is there anyway i can scroll around or minimize the size of the program to normal so i can see everything?
 
Safe mode is not intended for running programs like you would if Windows was fully running. What safe mode is basically is a stripped down operating system with only the basics running in order to perform repairs, remove problem softwares, and often to clean a system of any pc virus infections.

With only the basic shell loaded the video drivers for your card and the usual desktop settings do not apply here. You have to work with the 640x480 default screen resolution there. Sorry! That's Microsoft.
