Safe Mode

Ok my computer is in Safe Mode because i have to reformat and i can't access the computer when not in Safe Mode but before i reformat i need to burn something but whenever i try to burn it an error comes up that "E:\ is accessable Incorrect function", how do i make the E drive work in Safe Mode?

that or does anyone know were/how i can store 1.3 gigs of videos(maybe it's more i don't know)

you cant burn cds in safe mode because it doesnt load the driver for the CD drive.

and this might work for storing the 1.3 gigs of video.
