Safe Temps.

I was just wondering what are the safe temperature for components?
At the moment my intel Core i5-3470 runs at a max of 73 Celsius while playing a game like dead island on max. Is that to hot?
My gpu runs at a max of 66 Celsius.
are these temps to hot?
If so would getting a bck and side fan help?

ps. the temps were recorded on quite a warm day for where i live.
 
Both of those temps are fine. Ideally you want to keep the CPU below 70 and the gpu around the same, but both can withstand upper 90s for short periods of time.
