Sample Email Communication

Hello, I would like to ask, if it is possible to download a sample email messages containing spam and non-spam messages. It is for a school project. I want to examine spam and spam filters, but i do not have enough spam and normal messages in english language. Please let me know asap, if you know about something. Thanks
 
i have gmail and i don't usually get more than one spam per month, so this is not the way i can go. I could use spams I get at my home address(i hope, there are few hundreds), but I also need a regular email communication in english, because I have just a few messages and they are all quite short. Are you sure, that there isn't anything like spam-filter testing package with mails free to download?
