Samsung Charge

So i have heard that verizon is going to start charging even more for the data plans and i am considering upgrading to 4g before this happens. Do you think i should buy the Charge or wait for what is to come?

How does the charge compare to the other 4g phones.
 
I'd personally stay away from Samsung phones until they do away with the RFS file system, which is just garbage. It means you have to mod it right away to make it not laggy. Also, Samsung phones hate being modded, super easy to brick I hear.

My favorites are anything from HTC or the new Sony Ericsson phones.
