Samsung M7 Series 43” LS43BM700UUXUF - why so cheap?

I've recently moved to Turkey and I'm seeing these Samsung M7 Series 43” LS43BM700UUXUF monitors for $360 (6765₺).

Basically, I'm asking why are they so cheap? They are way cheaper than what I thought a 43" 4K display is supposed to cost, way cheaper than Samsung's own 32" monitors etc.

It's a 60hz VA panel, and likely not a super great one. VA and 60HZ are both on the low end, the only higher end aspect is the size and resolution. The selling point on this is clearly the "Smart" functionality, which they might actually be able to sell this at a lower price since they can scrape your personal data which has value to them. I'll take off my tin foil hat though and that's purely speculation on my part.

It's $400 at Best Buy in the US so that price seems accurate.
