Sapphire HD 2400 Pro Problem

Hi,

Just got my new graphics card all seems to be fully installed into the comp (physically and softwear wise) but for some strange reason video from BBC iplayer will not play full screen (get black screen) and fullscreen from youtube (get white triangle and grey triangle)

anybody know what to do ?
 
It has said i have done so but i will check through again.

Also up until now i was just using the onboard graphics.
