Hey guys. I don't really find time to visit these forums, but I'm in desperate need of help!

I have been saving up for a new bike for a while now (I've been doing a sport called dirt jumping for a year now and need a new bike) so I've been browsing different for sale websites, and I came across this. This seems like an amazing deal to me, but I need some professional computer builders opinions on this!

I need a good video card to play games such as Counter Strike Condition Zero, Counter Strike Source, Conquer Online, Halo one, and various other types of video games, yet nothing too extreme. Will this run smoothly on my machine with 767 megs of ram on Win XP ? I will be able to dish the money because I can eventually come up with this again, if this is such a good deal.

Input please!!

Here's the link to the ad:

Also, I can run Counter Strike condition zero on my pc right now, but it seems to lag every time I get near a group of people. Will I notice much of a difference in my pc and game speed with the 256mb card? I'm running a 128mb card (in my signature) right now.

You have to be careful with Craigslist.. Ive seen some of the most retarded scams on it. This is not a complete scam but it's still a sh!t deal.

First of all I need to know the GPU socket on your motherboard, Agpx4, AgpX8, Pci-e x16, Pci-e x8. If you don't know refer to the Motherboard manual or Google. :)

Also do you need the card to be Low profile?

I don't know what the GPU socket is on my motherboard, because I'm very stupid with computers. I'll have to wait for my pc tech father to come home and ask him :)

Can someone define low profile?

Also, you say this is a shit deal, even if it will work in my pc?

You can get a 6600 for $30  that's much better.

Low profile cards are really just small cards designed to fit in a smaller case, a proprietary Dell, for example.
