sata 2.5 in 3.5 case

I need to read a sata 2.5 harddisk, but i only have an external case for a 3.5 sata harddisk...

Is it possible to read the 2.5 disk with the 3.5 case?

Yes, you can hook it up just like you would a 3.5". I use my 3.5" enclosures to read 2.5" HDDs all the time.
