SATA controller and PSU

I have and older Rocketraid controller card that I'm thinking about installing I have 4 SATA ports on the mobo but need a couple more ports, 2 drives are ssd, one SATA DVD drive and 3 HHds, along with AMD Radeon video, was wondering how much of a strain it will put on a 400 watt psu. Thanks.

Please download PC Wizard and install it and run it and go to FILE, SAVE AS and click Ok. Copy the text into this thread along with the exact 400W PSU you have.

The components are either on 5V or 12V and the amperage and quality of the PSU is required to be understood.
