SATA conversion

I'm pretty sure the answer on this is going to be no, but why? Is there an adapter out there that you can buy that will change the SATA plug to standard Molex?

Ok first off you the MAN!!! now what the HELL are those called? I looked on Newegg, but everytime I typed in Stata to Molex I got nothing?
