Okay, so I just peiced together a new computer.
Athlon 64
1 GB Memory
ASUS K8N Motherboard
SB Audigy 2
Geforce 6800
Seagate SATA 200GB HD
Everything's working fine until Windows XP tries to partition and then format the HD. The format always fails saying the disk may be damaged. I read some other forums and they said to make a floppy with the Motherboard's SATA drivers and press F6 on startup to install a serial/raid (since sata is so similar) and then load those drivers from there. Well I tried that and it will get to about 50-90% done and I get a blue screen saying the drivers unloaded. Any suggestions? Thanks everyone (I'm new here by the way )
