does anyone make a sata or ide to pci adapter. reason is my gpu covers my pci slots and i want to use my brother capture card to play xbox on my new monitor but i cant plug the capture card in anyway.

SATA->PCI? Definately not

However, can you get the capture card working?

Short answer- no.

Long answer- You may be able to find a flexible pci cable with a male pci connector on one end and a female on the other. These are pretty hard to find these days though as pci is really becoming less and less common.
Another option would be a flexible pci express cable such as this, but its quite expensive:

At that point, its probably better off to find yourself a pci-express capture card.
