Sata II help

I'm thinking of getting a new HDD (WD 200GB SATA II) Right now I just have 2x WD 80gb SATA.
Are they compatible?? My mobo is MSI 865PE Neo2-P Platinum Edition (http://www.msi.com.tw/program/products/mainboard/mbd/pro_mbd_detail.php?UID=556)
Im thinking that the SATA II drive wont work, how do I get it to work?

Yes it'll work, but since your motherboard doesn't appear to support SATA II you'll be limited to SATA I speeds (150MB/s), which isn't a problem since current drives don't go that fast anyway.

You'll need to adjust the jumpers on the hard drive, see here for more info.

The connections are exactly the same, in case you were wondering.
