SATA Strange behavior

I bought a Seagate Baracuda 2TB HDD (ST2000DM001). After install, it didn't get detected in BIOS. But after a restart BIOS detected it.

Next day, the HDD is not detected. I tought that maybe it was the sata-cable, so i tried a new one. But that didnt fix anything.
The next day its not detected by bios. So i tried a bios update. That didnt work either.

I have tried every sata connection on the motherboard, and everytime i change to another, it works to the next restart.

So my solution right now is at every restart, i change the connections between my HDD's.

What to do? Do you think it's broken, or is something wrong with my motherboard, or maybe BIOS settings?
I've been looking through bios settings, and can't find something wrong...

Please help me.
