Save AC adapters but different makes...

I noticed the other day the two Acer laptops I have have different AC adapters.
Both look the same, have the same ratings, but one has a circle LED, and the other has a I shaped LED. Both are made by different companies too. Neither say Acer on them.
 
are the laptops the same model or different model. and as long as you have the same rating the company name shouldnt matter. probably a replacement power adapter
