save as button

I have a text area, and I need a button near it which when clicked it will save the content of the text area into a file.
any help?

I understood your first post better. Why cant you just go to File Save?

why button you need text near to save text near button???

well, I am doing an interface (website), and so I must give the user the ability to save the content of the text area in a separate file
Well, its a web page, am using PHP JAVASCRIPT
