Saving a web page in IE 11

Hi all, it's been a while. I've got a vexing issue. My wife just got a computer running Windows 8.1 and IE 11. When I'm in IE, it would be great if I could save a web page to my flash drive. But the problem is, I don't know how. Is it even possible to do? If it is, I haven't found it yet.

Your suggestions are greatly appreciated.

You mean as a shortcut/favorite or being able to view the page from your flash drive? I would suggest that you use desktop and use the actual IE program instead of the IE application in the tiles.
