Saving folder size in XP

I'm having this minor problem with XP that is really irritating me. Whenever I open a folder (My Pictures in this case), it is just small enough to make the fourth thumbnail move down. Is there any way to make XP remember the size I make a folder?

Example here

I just want it to stay big enough to have four pictures fit. Is this possible? (Google search didn't turn anything up, but I couldn't think of good searches.)
 
Go to: Tools from menu -> Folder options -> View -> and on the bottom (almost) check the Remember each folder's view settings.
Might be that.
