Saving Password File w/o Password

Recently someone sent me a .pdf file that requires a password to open. They also gave me the password. Is it possible to re-save the file so that a password is not required?
 
In order to remove the password protection you need Adobe Acrobat. You cannot do it with just reader.
 
I use Foxit to read PDFs which is waaay faster than Abobe. You should just be able to enter the password and remove it. Though I've never had to do this.
