Saving photos from a blocked CD

Hi there,

Myself and my sister got pics taken with Covergirl last year and we received our 3 large photos in the post and got a CD with all out photos on it. I was told when paying the money we would be able to send them via email and such but I cannot do anything with them. :mad: I paid a lot of money for this and was wondering is there any way I can unblock the cd so I can print the pics now or put on to a website. It is PreviewPlusBrowser. Deluxe 2.10

Any help would be much appreciated! :D
