Saving Video Clips

Is it possible to save a video clip to a disk (or any storage) from a site where its all viewed using macromedia flash?

I dont know if its a flash movie.
Its not a cartoon..Its real video.

right vclick save target as?
then if its flash
right click > play in macromedia flash player 8
should work
