Saving webpages

Not saving a webpage in a heroic sense, but saving them to an external media.

And I'm sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place, because I suspect that this problem may be related to something else.

Here's the problem: When I try to save a webpage to a flash drive, I get a dialog box titled "Error Saving Webpage" and the message says "This webpage could not be saved." Okay, here's the weird part. It saves it anyway, so it's giving me a bogus message.

Why is it doing this and how can I stop these annoying dialog boxes each time I save a web site (and I do this a lot)?

Does it have to do with the fact that the drive is formatted in FAT32 instead of NTFS? I don't have that problem on one drive that is NTFS.

Thanks for your help.

How are you saving the web page? Just file | Save as or what? There is a folder that is asscitaed to the web page you download. I don't know if Fat32 would cause a problem.

I'm saving it through a computer that runs Windows 8.1. I will go to "File" and click "Save as...", select my flash drive and hit save. And I always get that message. Any ideas?

Thanks.
