This is on my lappy

I dont know what to remove....

Bunch there must be tons of things on this lappy that is bottle necking it..

There is no malware in that log. Are you having any specific issues? If your system is slow, what are your system specs?
 
yep, it started to slow down really bad...

I defragmented,cleared browsers cache, cookies... ect

my avira did detect several stuff,, but it got rid of it

I think something is hidden...
 
Try uninstalling uTorrent.exe (its free anyway)
Then run another CCleaner through it
Then Restart

And then test how quickly it performs ;)

Also Vista really needs minimum 2Gig of Ram, how much Ram have you got installed?
