I got an philips TFT screen and have the resolution on 1280x960

its all good and all but i have some sort of line across my screen , its markeble when im playing games =/ and its realy annoying cuz its not sharp now :(

Is there a way to remove the scanlines or what ever they are?

You shouldnt have scanlines if yer using a LCD ... whats the model of the screen? (and are u using the native resolution)

hmm im not so good with those things , what do you mean with native resolution and what do u mean by model?

isnt TFT and LCD a different thing ?

what do you mean with native resolution
LCD screens are designed to be run at a certain resolution... at any other resolution, the image looks like crap. That resolution is called the native resolution. If i know the make and model information i can figure the rest out

and what do u mean by model?
The same thing as I would mean if I were to say "Ford Focus" or "H&K MP5" or "Northop Grumman F14" :)

Since the native resolution was 1280x1024, you should try setting the resolution to that as to rule out that being the possibilities. Also, that monitor has been noted as having "image quality" issues.

oh i see =/ hmm i tried that resolution but i still got that line problem .
i dont know how to explain but its like there is dust on it , or 2 layers.
for example : im playing a game and everything moves and stuff but the lines stay on one spot.

You should definitely consider a replacement there, if only to rule out the possibility of this being one of the cases of "bad image quality" with that model :)

omg ! i seriously need to replace it, i dont know what happend but at some spots on the screen is very vague , im getting a headache from it >_<
