[Metal Man 2]

I get this drop down box that ask me to take a survey. How do I remove it? I have done a system restore in the past when I noticed it. I believe it has also locked my computer down and a system restore seemed to fix it. Thanks

It has to be that website you are using. Next time you get it, click on the contact us link in the survey and see if it gives you any more info on where its coming from. Don't know what else to tell you.

I posted it also on the web site I was thinking it was coming from and folks there were having problems as well. I added the scoreboard research site to the list of domains for the filter to block in AD BLOCK PLUS. I also deleted the cookies and disabled Java script and blocked all third party cookies. We will see if this helps. Thanks

Its a research company, they're legit. They just use tactics some people find annoying. I used to work for a research company, and I learned that there are nearly always ways to opt out. You just have to know what to say or where to go (online that is). Read the bottom of the page on this link and choose to opt out from surveys and of cookies.
