Screen fluctuating

Hello Everybody,

As I'm new to this forum. I'm facing problem in my desktop resolution, so anyone please help to resolve my problem. The screen starts fluctuating when I turn on the computer, it remains fluctuating when I restart the system to several times. Can anyone help me to resolve the issue.

Make and model of power supply? Have you tried updating the drivers for the card or updating the BIOS for the motherboard?
