I am new and i need ur opinions if this seems like a video card or monitor problem. My computer will do this once a while, huge pain in the ass. It just happens randomly forcing me to restart my computer and possibly restart twice. I tried installing new drivers, its worse, now i have a permanent problem, theres usually stupid black lines by my bottom right and bottom middle tool bar part.
