Screen has huge font after updating winxp sp3

After restarting the computer after a windows xp update, and I thought it said windowsxp service pack 3 was installed; everything on the screen is huge.
I've gone to display, and tried to change.
" gone to view textsize and checked smallest, and screen still looks huge.

Hi there Lisa.

Sounds like your resolution has been reset to a low default setting.

Try increasing it again in the Control Panel.
