Screen jumping all over

l have lenovo laptop running Windows 8.1. (6 months old)

Today i turned on my laptop to find that it is running very erratic.

My screen on whatever i am using ie Firefox browser and MS Excell in jumping about and sometimes it sgrinks in size and alternatively enlargens.

I have run CC Cleaner and rebooted a coupl of times but that dose not help.

Could someone kindly advise me on a fix.

Can you post a video of what's going on?

Reinstall GPU drivers should be your first step.
 
Jumping screen

Sadly I do not have a camera to record the jumping screen at present.

How do I go about updating the CPU you suggested.
