screen on internet is laggy-like??

whenever I scroll down on the internet, it shows like a refresh line that quickly goes down the computer! It's very annoying, does anyone know of any way to get rid of this refresh thing and just make it as though it is just one smooth, continuous scrool down??

There is a windows update for this, open up internt explorer and go to Tools Windows update, and download ALL the updates.

You may have to run it several times, ebcause some updates are not availible untill you get the current ones.

never mind, I didn't install the drivers for my graphics card, i did just now and everythings good
